What to expect at your appointment...

If you are a new patient, we gather as much information as possible regarding your general health, ocular history and family history.
During a comprehensive eye examination, our clinical staff will do preliminary screenings and take an OPTOS image. (This captures more than 82% of your retina)
Our Optometrists' will then consult with you and discuss the findings in detail and work on an ongoing management plan with you.
If required, our dispensing staff are happy to help find the right glasses for you.
If required, our Optometrists' will write a referral to your GP or retinal specialist.

When you visit our practice in Manuka, our Optometrists Carolyn Fisher, Susan Hallissy and Rachel Smeal will conduct your eye examination in a relaxed environment, explain the most effective options and provide the best suited optical solution for you.
